TJMaxx.com Footer Redesign
When we were required to add an additional link into our desktop footer, we discovered that based on the way it had been designed and developed, the only way to do that was to remove something else. The footer in its previous state had no way to flex, and as a result we had to lose our social channel links to accommodate the new link. Both of our desktop and mobile footers were dated, proving to be unhelpful to our customer, and an inconvenience for our partners on the Visual Merchandising team to maintain. With all that in mind, a new site map-style footer was concepted and developed for desktop and mobile. By collaborating with the development team, we were able to come up with a solution that could flex; leading to a better experience for the customer, as well as a better back-end experience for our VM partners to manage.
